The general conditions set out to govern the relationship between the agent and the partners must be approved before all commercial transactions are carried out. These conditions are an inseparable part of the contract (oral or written) between VNAIR TS and its partners (customers). The terms of these general conditions of sale must be read, understood and complied with.
I. Aviation support services (E-visa, VIP Fast Track, Visa On Arrival)
- Confirm and pay for Evisa, Fast Track, Visa on arrival services
Immediately after receiving information and discussing services about Evisa, Fast track, Visa On Arrival, you will provide VNAIR TS with the accompanying documents to determine service implementation:

- Copy ID page 1 of the passport
- Arrival and departure flight tickets or entry time
- Booking hotel accommodation
- Contact person information
This information is sent to VNAIR TS via the following email addresses: op@vnairts.com
And when you receive a response email to confirm the service. You will have to deposit 50% of the total service cost. After receiving the deposit, VNAIR TS will confirm and arrange the service.
VNAIR TS will notify you as soon as possible about the service results and you must pay 100% of the service cost at least 02 days before we perform the requested service.
In case the customer orders urgent service (within 04 working hours) for Evisa, Fast Track, Visa On Arrival, the customer must pay VNAIR TS 100% of the cost when VNAIR TS confirms the service.
- Service prices and benefits
Prices are calculated in US dollars based on service document receipt time for Evisa, Fast Track, Visa On Arrival. Prices may also be adjusted according to new changes in regulations of the airport administrative office at Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, and Noi Bai international airports.
During the service booking confirmation process, it is the basis for confirming payment costs for aviation services related to Evisa, Fasttrack, Visa on Arrival.
- Liability insurance
VNAIR TS is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by You as well as costs arising from accidents, natural disasters, political issues, or affecting aviation security.
In addition, VNAIR TS will not be responsible for any delays caused by public air and ground transportation. However, VNAIR TS will try its best to find alternative solutions by providing similar services.
- Cancel and refund the translation service
Because the services are aviation-specific, VNAIR TS requires customers to clearly identify and consider that the information provided must be accurate, on time, and in the right process so that VNAIR TS can best support the service.
VNAIR TS will not accept cancellations or refunds for services included in the implementation process for customers regarding Evisa, Fasttrack, or Visa On Arrival services.
- Procedures
Before proceeding with the procedure, VNAIR TS requires you to confirm information and payment. Customers must check detailed information about services such as flight information and expected entry so that the service can be performed accurately. VNAIR TS is not responsible for the results if there is incorrect information when notified to customers. - Validity
Prices in the programs are valid for a specific period stated in the price, invoice, or any other document provided by VNAIR TS to the Customer. VNAIR TS ensures the validity of prices, invoices, and documents provided to customers within the specified time. Rates may be adjusted in certain cases such as significant rate fluctuations, newly enacted state taxes, etc. This adjustment may not be notified in advance by VNAIR TS.
- Important note
We are a commercial company that helps passengers conveniently check in at the airport with aviation services such as Evisa, fast track, and visa on arrival. VNAIR TS always strictly complies with airline security and procedures at the airport. We are not responsible for other issues related to passengers’ luggage, immigration, and personal property
II. Sightseeing, tour, hotel services:
- Confirm and pay for Booking hotel, sightseeing , travel
Immediately after the trip is confirmed, VNAIR TS will send a booking form with detailed information about the trip and services to VNAIR TS. This form must be returned to VNAIR TS via the following email addresses: op @ vnairts.com
You will have to deposit 30% of the total trip cost and pay via bank transfer or credit card. Customers must bear all bank fees (if incurred). After receiving the 30% deposit, VNAIR TS will make reservations and reserve all services mentioned in the program or equivalent in case there are no services available (hotels, trains, boats, etc.) domestic flights…). Final (confirmed) programs and invoices will be sent to the Client via email as soon as any booking has been made. The additional 50% should be taken within 45 days and the balance (20%) should be taken 21 days before the start of the trip. In case of changing the program due to objective reasons: flight, weather, etc…. VNAIR TS will notify the Customer as soon as possible and make changes beneficial to the Customer.
In case of last-minute bookings and high season… VNAIR TS reserves the right to request a larger deposit but this will be based on previous agreement with the Customer.
- Travel prices and benefits
Prices are quoted in US dollars based on the service, number of nights, and participants mentioned. Prices may also be adjusted according to changes in airfares, exchange rates or economic conditions of the countries visited. In case the price increases, a notice will be sent to VNAIR TS clarifying the price increase.
- Liability insurance
VNAIR TS is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by customers as well as costs arising from accidents, natural disasters, or issues of a political nature. Customers must have personal travel insurance. In addition, VNAIR TS will not be responsible for any delays caused by public air and ground transportation. However, VNAIR TS will try its best to find alternative solutions by providing similar services. - Cancel and refund tour

- Customers have the right to cancel purchased travel products and/or travel services. However, the refund of the purchased amount for such canceled tour products and/or travel services is as follows:
- Customers must pay bank fees where applicable
- Over 60 days before tour date: free
- 60 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
- 45 – 59 days before departure date: 30% of total tour value
- From 26 to 44 days before departure date: 40% of total tour cost
- From 15 to 25 days before departure date: 70% of total tour cost
- From 04 to 14 days before departure date: 100% of total tour cost
Special note : Airfares (domestic or international flights to destinations in the program) are non-refundable after issuance, meaning 100% of the airfare will be charged. Some 4 and 5 star hotels require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. That means the full price of the reservation will be calculated once they confirm
VNAIR TS suppliers . However, this regulation generally applies to all services that the Customer has booked.
- Procedures
Before signing the contract, VNAIR TS informs the Customer about the necessary administrative or medical procedures to carry out the trip including identity card, passport, visa and vaccination… - Hotel policy
International hotel regulations require you to check out before 12:00 and check in at 2:00 p.m. - Validity
Prices in the programs are valid for the specific period stated in the price, invoice or any other document provided by VNAIR TS to the Customer. VNAIR TS ensures the validity of prices, invoices, and documents provided to customers within the specified time. Exchange rates may be adjusted in some cases such as significant exchange rate fluctuations, newly issued state taxes, etc. This adjustment may not be notified in advance by VNAIR TS . - Important note
In case the tour departs during Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese traditional New Year (Lunar New Year…)… prices may be adjusted because some hotels apply room surcharges, and Christmas and New Year’s Eve meals.Flight schedules and fares are subject to change without notice (changes by the airline)Hotel rooms included on the day of arrival are only available from 2:00 p.m. (early check-in will be charged 100% or late check-out until 16:00: 50% and after 16:00: 100% depending on availability). Any early check-in or late check-out must be mentioned in the “INCLUDED” section. However, VNAIR TS will try its best to arrange rooms based on availability.
